By accessing and using InfoBio, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use InfoBio for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Infonity AI and its licensors.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Infonity AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
